We have seen how a sexual need for men, in various degrees, is universal for all men -- that in the majority of men, this instinct is primary to their sexual need for women, which is more superficial and periodical unlike the former, which is permanent and inalienable, irrespective of whether or not the man has a sexual need for women. Furthermore, while the sexual instinct for women is tied basically to reproduction, the sexual need for men is basically about love, emotional and social bonding and commitment.
So, what conspires in between how men are born and how they are brought up in a Westernised, heterosexualised, that the men turn out to be "Heterosexuals" -- and start feeling "repulsed" by any kind of even casual physical/ affionate contact with men, leave alone develop lifelong monogamous bonds.
In this section, we will try to study this process through which the essence of natural manhood -- a man's sexual need for men is converted into this "repulsion". This process is called the "Heterosexualisation of Men".
The stages of men's heterosexualisation:
The society has developed four stages through which a man is Heterosexualised in the society. Through these four phases, the society finally manages to wipe out all instances of sexual need for men from amidst men, in the mainstream.
Stage I: Mutilation: Ever since man started to live in tribes in jungles, the societies have put a price on manhood. Men were made to make immense sacrifices and go through intense pain and torture in order to be included in the men's spaces and to participate in the Natural Manhood it generates.
In the olden days, the society wanted men to fight and protect them, so in order to make them insensitive to pain, they made boys go through intense pain and torture, before they could be included in the men's identity/ group/ space. The most gruelling part of this process was that while the pain was simply to the extreme, the boys were not supposed to utter a word. They were expected to bear in it silence. Boys routinely died in these tortuous "tests of manhood" which included things like putting their hands in the nests of poisonous bees with thousands of them biting their hands for ten minutes, being bled profusely through the nose or being chiselled all over on their bodies or having parts of their bodies cut off -- like their foreskins -- all of this, without uttering a word. Getting manhood was never easy in human civilisations.
Then times changed and the priorities of the society changed too. With the society's increasing obsession with reproduction, the society started tying the giving of manhood to forcing men to reproduce, which of course meant having sex with women -- much more than the limited way it was meant for in nature. The biggest hurdle in this was men's enormous and primary sexual need for other men. Ever since, the society has been on a warpath with men's sexual need for men.
The very first process that the societies all over the world have developed, gradually, is to cut off, mutilate and beat into numbness the sexual need for men for other men. This is done before the sexual need for men is developed properly in an individual, i.e., during one's adolescence. By the time one becomes an adult today, most of his sexual need for men is "castrated", like the Christians and Muslims do with the foreskin. Almost 100% of individuals become incapable of forming love bonds with other men.
The intricacies of this process is not very clear, but it seems that it doesn't happen it one go, but gradually over a period of time. The society has developed intricate mechanisms (e.g. peer-pressure) to mutilate a man's sexual need for men before its fully developed. These mechanisms, after thousands of years, have become invisible and in fact have become part of the "normal" environment of human beings -- so no one questions them or notices them. They are seen to be part of nature.
And just like in earlier tribal societies, here too, men are not supposed to utter a word of pain or protest. They are supposed to go through it in silence, all by themselves. So, no one ever notices anything. No one sees their pain, so no one is bothered. Unlike women who can make a big show of the slightest discomfort they feel, so that the whole world can reach out to protect them, men is alone in his predicament.
When this gruesome inner torture is complete, men are enormously awarded, by something which he is the most dear to him -- by Social Manhood, by a membership of the men's spaces/group which in the Western world today translates into a "straight" or "heterosexual" identity. And, men are willing to go to any length to achieve that status. No sacrifice is big enough for this identity.
To talk of this pain or in any way to acknowledge it, or even to accept the existence of a sexual need for men earlier would amount to a loss of this precious manhood, so men pretend that they never, ever had it.
This mutilation process is a continuous one, since some parts of the need may have remained uncut, and pose a 'threat' to be developed in the future. So, men keep constant attack on it by reacting with hostility (a reaction for which they are trained and conditioned by hidden social mechanisms) to any sign of it inside or outside of them. Kill it the moment you see it (the instinct, t, i.e.) is how they have been conditioned all through the middle ages, and even today, especially in Westernised societies like the US. And this is what makes men react with extreme hostility and repugnance whenever the sexual need for men becomes visible -- despite the extreme mechanisms developed by the society through all these ages. It is not easy to overcome nature, and you can't afford to be slack. The moment you become slack, nature returns. That is why all these social mechanisms are simply relentless, never seeming to relax the pressures.
